Apparently the bad behaviour in the 1950s and the 1960s was when government officials tested LSD on solidiers and hospital patients. The hospital patients were unaware that they were being used as giny pigs which was very bad behaviour. LSD would make people have hallucinations and they would be laughing and jolly. This was very funny watching the soldiers at war who could walk properly because they had taken LSD.The lecturer was very funny and I think everyone enjoyed his teaching style and his enthusiasm. I think drugs should never have become illegal in the first instance. The reason for this is that illegal drugs trafficing etc has harmed a lot of innocent people and it has exploited many others because the dealers wanted to make money. Had such large amounts of money never been associated with drugs then drugs would not be so high profile. Legalising drugs now would cause a lot of harm for a while but eventually it could be a good thing in the very far future when people will have forgotten about the subject.
